Simply browse our designs, choose your Bible edition, and add to cart. You can customize the scripture or quote at no extra cost, or keep our default text. For custom photo orders, please select the Custom Order product listing and we'll guide you through uploading your images.
Absolutely! All our static illustrations can be personalized with your preferred scripture or quote at no additional charge. Just let us know your desired text during checkout. The only limiting factor is space, but we'll let you know if your requested text is too long.
We need high-resolution images that will look great when cropped to fit Bible dimensions (3-6cm width, 14-20cm height). That typically means either zoomed out photos or photos where the main subject is focused to a smaller area (check out our Instagram for inspiration). Please provide multiple photo options and alternatives - we'll work with you to find the best fit for engraving.
No worries! We'll reach out to request alternatives or suggest a different approach. If we can't make any of your photos work and you don't respond with new options, we'll issue a full refund rather than proceed with an unsuitable image.
We aim to be as accommodating as possible, but we reserve the right to decline orders that we deem inappropriate or disrespectful to the Bible (this includes company logos). Our team reviews all customizations to ensure they align with our values. If we can't proceed with your request, you'll receive a full refund.
Yes! For custom photo orders, we'll send you a markup for approval. You have 2 days to respond. If we don't hear back from you, we'll proceed according to our own discretion to ensure your order stays on schedule.
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), digital wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay), and Instant EFT from major South African banks. Full payment details are available on our store policy page.
Your privacy matters to us. We permanently delete all copies of your personal photos 1 week after delivery has been confirmed and no issues have been flagged. This ensures your personal images remain secure and private.
